Sorry, it is not possible, but we are providing Windows KVM servers for that.

Can I upgrade my server without losing my data?

Yes, it is possible. For KVM and Xen platforms, it needs a reboot.

Do you provide backups for your servers?

Yes, we do keep weekly backups for OpenVZ and monthly backup for Xen and KVM VPS servers. Please be reminded that we don’t offer backup service for any of the Storage KVM VPS packages.

Can I change the location of my server without data loss?

Yes, it is possible, but the server needs to be turned off during the time and IP will be changed.

Will I get root access to my VPS?

Yes, you will get root access and also there will be a control panel to manage the server.

Which virtualization is better? OpenVZ, Xen or KVM?

It is based on your needs. If you are running a resource intensive program, Xen will be the better choice. If you need custom OS, kernel upgrades, VNC access etc, go for KVM. If it is a small website with less visitors, OpenVZ will be fine.

How many additional IPs I can get for my VPS?

You can purchase upto 5 additional IPs for VPs automatically without justification, if you require more IPs we will have to justify the need and manually approve the order.

How can I use my domain in the VPS? cPanel included with the server?

There are panels are available by default. Either you can purchase any hosting control panels such as cPanel, ISP Manager etc. Or else, you can use any OpenSource panel. If no panels needed, you can host websites manually as well.

Will I get free IPv6 range with my server?

Yes, we are providing /64 subnet for VPS’s and we will add it on the server on customer request.

Is it possible to change my KVM server to Xen server?

No, it is not possible since both are using different virtualizations.

Using their Leviathan SSD Hosting from last month and everything is good fast and stable, no server downtime or no error with website setup. everything is perfect.after that i'm looking for VPS server for my website and i decided to continue with hostsailor. So i purchase A Linux KVM Server (Seaman Plan). But at this time ......i faced the too many error because of i'm not familiar with linux command , it hard to setup website for me. so i open a support ticket. after that their support team is thebest i ever see . i have been creating website over 6 year and using a lot of diffferent hosting and VPS provider but can't get good support from them. On Hostsailoryou can see how they are nice and help. Discounts on almost every occasion on their products so what else we need?
