When it comes to security, our Amsterdam data center is top-notch. We’ve built it with several layers of protection, including high-end security certifications. The site is enclosed by secure fencing, a power fence, and multiple gates that require an access badge or code to enter. Around-the-clock CCTV surveillance ensures everything stays safe. Inside, you'll find a circle lock system between the reception and the data floors, which only lets one person through at a time, ensuring tight security. Access is granted via a combination of an access badge and fingerprint recognition, and the same goes for entering the data rooms.

We’ve also made sure to safeguard your equipment with a robust fire prevention system. Each data floor is equipped with Very Early Smoke Detection Alarms (VESDA), which pick up even the smallest signs of dust or soot. If the worst happens and a fire breaks out, our gas-based extinguishing system kicks in, reducing the oxygen levels to safely put out the fire without damaging your equipment. We use Argonite, a mix of argon and nitrogen, which is stored under pressure and released if needed. Unlike water-based systems, this doesn’t risk harming your tech.
