Does HostSailor have a money-back guarantee?
Yes, HostSailor offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within the first 14 days of using our services, we’ll issue a full refund. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process refund requests made after this period.
Can I cancel my HostSailor account?
You can cancel your account anytime. Once you do, we’ll either close it immediately or on your billing due date, based on your preference.
Can I upgrade my HostSailor account?
You can easily upgrade through your client dashboard, or just reach out to our billing team for assistance. Upgrades are processed instantly once payment is completed.
Do you offer managed service?
HostSailor does offer managed services, which means that you can request our assistance and support without incurring a fee.
What can I do with my VPS?
You’re free to run as much as you need, without any restrictions. Just make sure your VPS has enough resources to handle the services you’re running.
How fast does HostSailor deliver services?
Our services are delivered instantly, subject to verifications.
Do you allow IPv4 or IPv6?
We allow both on our VPS services.
What is your backup policy?
At HostSailor, we take backups seriously. We perform weekly backups to safeguard against unexpected incidents. However, we strongly recommend that you also maintain your own backups and not rely solely on ours.
What operating systems do you offer?
We offer a wide selection of operating systems. Just make sure you select the operating system you desire on your order form. If, for any reason, you want a different operating system later, it can be easily made via your SolusVM control panel.
What if I break my VPS?
If you break your VPS, you can reinstall it via your SolusVM control panel or restore it using a recent backup you’ve made.
How secure is my data?
HostSailor utilizes RAID10 hardware technology to ensure your data remains safe and intact, even in the event of hardware failures. With our backup feature, you can securely store your data on remote disk storage, adding an extra layer of protection for your valuable information.
How many IP addresses would I get?
We deliver your VPS with one IP address. You can always order additional IP addresses from your user dashboard.
Can I transfer a domain?
To transfer your domain to a HostSailor account, please make sure to unlock your domain and disable any privacy settings before initiating the transfer.
What support do you offer your clients?
HostSailor offers real-time email support 24/7 and live chat support nearly around the clock to ensure timely assistance for our clients. Please keep in mind that during peak demand, our customer support team may take a bit longer to respond. Additionally, while live chat is available for general product and service inquiries, technical support is provided exclusively via email through our dedicated support department.
